The Ordinary Shares of Sancus Lending Group Limited (the “Company”) are quoted on the AIM Market operated by the London Stock Exchange, the 2022 Zero Dividend Preference Shares of the Company are listed and traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company’s 2021 bonds were repaid on 21 December 2020 and a total of £12.575 million principal of new bonds (the “New Bonds”) were issued on 22 December 2020. The New Bonds, which are not listed, have an interest rate of 7 per cent. per annum (paid quarterly) and a maturity date of 31 December 2025.
