AIM Rule 26

All companies listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM sub-market, must abide by its principles-based rules.

One of these, introduced in February 2007, is Rule 26 which states that each AIM company must, from admission, maintain a website on which certain information should be available for all shareholders to view.
